The staff was helpful. Ahmed assisted me most of the time. from arrival to departure, the service felt impeccably designed. our room offered a huge space and an amazing sunrise view overlooking the palm. upon our early 2:30 am check-out for a flight, the staff provided coffee and breakfast in the lobby, what great service!
i waited a few months hoping management would respond, but i received no help. cleanliness seemed lacking, and i noticed a slight maintenance issue in the bathroom.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. a king-sized bed and a seating area were provided. complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and the air conditioning worked efficiently.

WOW, best hotel EVER!

this hotel was AMAZING! the cleanliness was great, and the vibe was so modern and cool. i ABSOLUTELY loved having access to the pool and the beach, not to mention the room setup was so stylish! the staff were SUPER friendly and always ready to help. AND let's not forget the food, it was just DELICIOUS! SO much variety and everything tasted so fresh, it was totally worth trying all their restaurants.
i did notice ONE tiny thing, the music by the pool was sometimes a little loud, and i prefer relaxing sounds. BUT it's a small detail. the rest was perfect.

I loved the wide choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner. everything was very fresh, super important to me. ahmed helped organize our early check in, he made it so easy! the cleaning team was really great. Our room was always very clean.
i thought the beach had a few untidy areas, especially after a child's party.
